He first began developing his teaching through the unique lens of choreography in 2013, understanding the learning process through a kinetic form and later applying that to his work as an academic tutor and mentor starting in 2015. Stanley's teaching methodology centers around building self-efficacy in his students, working to develop critical thinkers confident in their ability to learn, engage, and challenge the content they are struggling with.
He has over 5 years of experience working with students from elementary school up to college in one-on-one, small group, and large group settings, adjusting his teaching style to the various learning needs of his students. His goal is to develop self-assured learners capable of succeeding in all facets of their life by identifying his students' particular habits and needs, reinforcing their strengths, and simultaneously addressing their weaknesses.
